- All prices on the website are inclusive of GST but exclude shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.

Order Confirmation
- Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms only the receipt, not acceptance of the order.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of fraud suspicion, payment failure, or out-of-stock scenarios.
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–12 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items with a proper unboxing video submitted within 2 days of delivery.

- Orders can be canceled only within 6 hours of placement. Post this period, orders go into production and cannot be canceled.
