Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product After we received [ Working Days ] .
- To process the exchange, share an unboxing video and clear images of the issue via email at support@thereliableshop.in.
📌 Note: We do not offer size exchanges, as each product is printed on demand based on your order.💸
Refund Policy
As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds / Return for:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Incorrect size selection
- Delivery delays due to courier issues or natural delays
Refunds are only applicable if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product, and
- We are unable to replace the item
Once your request is approved, refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Customized products
- Without a proper unboxing video, any return (for any reason) will be null and void.
- Replacements & Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged or defective.
- Standard orders can only be returned if they are defective or damaged.
- Customized products cannot be returned or refunded as they are specially curated just for you. Exceptions will only be made if the product is received broken or defective.
- If a refund is requested (for eligible issues), it will only be processed as store credit, as replacements will be prioritized by the brand.
Unboxing Video Requirements
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The opening video must be recorded from start to finish – from showing the sealed package (with visible taping) to clearly showing the issue with the product.
- The parcel must be recorded before opening, showing that it was sealed and untampered, and only then should the opening process begin.
Refund in Store Credit
The store credit issued will be deducted of applicable shipping charges and RTO (Return to Origin) charges borne by us.
How to Raise an Issue
- Email us at support@thereliableshop.in within 1 days Of Product received
- Include your Order ID, issue details, and attach images or an unboxing video.
- Our support team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
- You may request cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order by emailing us.
